Let’s take a test case. You meet a person, and immediately you want to read her mind, personality, and weaknesses within 4-5 minutes to acquire some sort of control over him.
So let’s imagine a situation for a minute.
She is brushing her hair when you meet her.
You say, “Hey, I think there’s something next to your cheek.”
There is the little clandestine for you to work with: There’s absolutely nothing there.
In seconds, you have been able to make her self-conscious and fidgety.
See, if she puts her hand contnously on her cheek to check something out, and make a reading if she has swiped into a self-preservative mode.
What’s actually going on?
Actually, she can’t stop being nervous-really nervous.
In seconds, she starts responding to her instinctive voices. She is not concentrating on you, seems impulsive.
If you can continue to poke at her personality negatively for a little longer, her occupation with herself can go into an endless spiral.
If it does go spiral, you can access at least 3 things about her personality.
• She is ultra-conscious about herself.
• Low Self Belief
• Anxious under stress
See, you have been able to read her mind and face almost immediately immediately.
Observe keenly, you have an upper-hand. Cheers!
Look for the minutest of details when you talk, see how they respond. Where are they uncomfortable? Are they showing respect?
Or to go a bit further, try a little joke.
How do they respond?
• If they laugh, clearly they like you and have a sense of comfort with the environment.
• If they don’t, clearly they are uncomfortable, and probably don’t find your company too amiable.

Why is reading other's mind important?
If you can read faces and minds, you will be able to make better decisions. Moreover, you will be able to treat people according to their psychology, which in turn will prove better for your business and relationship.
